COVID-19 is affecting all of us.
As COVID-19 makes its way across the globe and unfortunately affecting MD and our local communities, the staff at Eric Smock Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. will be meeting daily to make crucial decisions about our services. Our phones WILL STILL BE ANSWERED from 8am-4pm as well as a LIVE after-hours answering service.
Our office team is ensuring business continuity, while our service technicians and install crews are operating on an emergency basis. As we make these changes, we have been making sure that our team members who visit your home follow a strict protocol for their safety and yours.
All employees will follow the 6′ rule and stay at least 6′ from clients and vendors. When possible, we will communicate as much as possible via phone, text and email even when a technician is at your home or business. We have ordered and will wear face masks and gloves while in your home.
We will prioritize service requests based on Comfort Club participation first. If you are a first-time client or a current client and you have a medical situation, please let us know when you call.
